Change of yoga day…from Tuesdays to Thursdays 

As many of you already know, my classes are changing from Tuesdays to Thursdays with effect from 6^th April.  The next block of 5.50pm sessions will run until 4^th May inclusive.   If you would like to reserve your place for these 5 classes please let me know and make your payment online of £40.00.  Spaces are limited to a maximum of 10.  If you know at the time of paying that you cannot make a session then please let me know and reduce your payment by £8.00.  Sometimes there will be space for a drop-in to these sessions and I will let you know of these, if, and when they arise.

Please note there is no yoga during the week of 27^th March 2017.
