NEW YOGA CLASSES FROM APRIL 2024 – PEAL BACK THE LAYERS AND FIND YOUR TRUE SELF!

I hope you found time to nurture yourself a little over the recent holiday period.  Perhaps getting into nature, feeling the air on your skin and enjoying the inspirational new beginnings that always come with spring.   Our yoga classes are such a wonderful opportunity for us to peel back the layers and re connect with our true self.  At the heart of us all is peace and wisdom – our truest nature, the Self that we were born with.  Over our lifetime we all build up layers and patterns of thought and behaviour to protect us from pain, misunderstanding and challenges and sometimes as a result we can lose sight of the beautiful inner self  that is at our very heart.  Gradually through our practice we can gently peel these layers back and connect again to an inner stability that is at our very core.  When in this place of inner peace we find a new depth, flexibility and strength of body and mind …. And ultimately an inner freedom and peace, less shaken by the happenings of the world.

Lets continue our journey together when we start up our summer term on 22nd April … all dates and times are below:

Next Blocks of Classes wef 22nd April 2024 

**NB: When a payment is made in advance for a block of more than 2 sessions the cost is reduced to £9.00 per class.  When booked and paid for this way the classes are not transferable if missed for any reason.  However, if at the time of booking you know you cannot make a session, please reduce your payment by the equivalent of the classes that will be missed; alternatively you are welcome to join any of the other classes in the same week. Please note that from 22nd April the new drop-in price will be £11.00 per session

General Yoga Classes

Mondays 5.50 pm – In person only

Tuesdays 5.50 pm – In person & online

Wednesdays 11 am – Blossoms Wellness Centre, Kilmington 

w/c 22nd April – 20th May inclusive (5 sessions/£45** or £11.00 Drop In)

– A general yoga class suitable for all ..infusing yogic philosophy, psycho education about how “yoga works”, and focussing on breathwork, strengthening and flexing the whole body;  always ending in a deep guided meditative Yoga Nidra.  A recording of the class is included for online attendees.

Yoga to Reduce Pain, Anxiety, Soothe the Busy Mind and Aid Restful Sleep – Uplyme  Oasis (Chair or Mat)

Tuesdays 2pm – 3.30pm – In person

A gentle class which can be done on a mat or chair using breathing practices and movement followed by a guided relaxation and a chat over a cuppa and biscuit.  Open to all ages & beginners.

23rd April – 21st May inclusive (5 sessions/£40** or £9 if paid in advance for a single class; £10 on the day)

Yoga to Soothe the Busy Mind & Enhance Wellbeing – Lyme Regis

Wednesdays 9.30am – In person & online

24th April – 22nd May inclusive (6 sessions/£54.00** or £11.00 Drop In)

–  a gentle breathwork and movement class offering tools & psycho-education to calm the nervous system, support sleep and boost mood & immunity.

Open to all ages & beginners.

A recording of the class is included for online attendees.
